The Ottevanger micro-ingredient dosing system can be designed to have up to 34 dosing cells, each equipped with an auger feeder. There is an option to supply rotary discharge equipment for products that do not flow well.

The augers discharge the product into one, two or three scales, depending on the total number of components. The scales can be arranged on several levels and work simultaneously.

The scales can be arranged on several levels and work simultaneously. The separate hoppers are made of stainless steel or mild steel and have a special food-safe inner lining. The auger feeders can vary in diameter; the larger augers have a smaller auger feeder at their base for optimum accuracy.

In modern animal feed factories, the micro ingredient dosing system can be operated internally with the central loading system.
