In this service, in coordination with the client, we review, verify, train and provide preventive maintenance to the CHORE-TIME equipment, this work is carried out free of charge, only once within the first year of purchase.
SUPERVISION OF INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY OF CHORE-TIME EQUIPMENT
Here the technicians supervise, teach and verify that the different equipment of the EQUIPEC line are correctly assembled, installed and in good working order.
MONITORING THE PROPER FUNCTIONING OF CHORE-TIME EQUIPMENT
After the equipment sold is installed, we follow up and accompany the client in learning how the equipment works, where we answer any doubt or question from the client.
ADVICE ON AUTOMATED SYSTEMS
We carry out advisory visits to the facilities of our new clients, we analyze the feasibility of implementing our automated systems and recommend the necessary changes, complying with industrial safety standards for the correct operation of equipment.
EQUIPMENT REPAIR SERVICE
Within the Equipec line we have technicians trained in repairing the faults that may arise in the equipment, at the same time we have a stock of spare parts for the equipment.
